DiSanto Commits to Four Debates

administrator News

Republican candidate for the State Senate John DiSanto today announced the debate schedule to which he has committed and thanked the sponsors of the forums. If Senator Teplitz agrees, there will be up to four debates between the candidates, allowing the citizens of the 15th District to judge who better represents their interests and values.

“I look forward to these opportunities to engage with Senator Teplitz on his lack of leadership and his ineffectiveness in the Senate. He’s passed no bills into law and voted against the issues that are important to the residents of central Pennsylvania, including pension reform, allowing grocery stores to sell wine, and property tax elimination. Instead, he’s voted with Governor Wolf 96% of the time and the special interests that fund his campaign all the time,” DiSanto said.

“Rob Teplitz hasn’t proposed or passed a single bill that saves taxpayers one penny,” DiSanto continued. “Instead, he has stood with his big-spending allies to grow government, yet he refused to vote for budgets that funded education at record levels because his special interest backers opposed needed reforms. Things are going to change when I get to the Senate.”

The debates/town halls to which DiSanto has agreed are:
